With our office based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (“DIFC”), TSME is the leading compliance services provider in the UAE.

TSME conduct her business in compliance with the Dubai Financial Services Authority (“DFSA”) Rulebook and is voluntary regulated as a Designated Non-Financial Business and Profession (“DNFBP”).
TSME strongly believed in the future of the DIFC as a financial hub and was the first service provider to open office in 2004. Initially TSME started with the business model of her sister company TS-Europe. After incorporation TSME started to focus on Compliance, Corporate Governance and HR services. Presently TSME has become the leading compliance services providers in the DIFC, voluntary regulated by the DFSA.
Based on client requests TSME extended her initial compliance services to Corporate Governance. Outsourcing these services to a well-respected regulated service provider, allows our clients to run a lean office and simultaneously have access to many years of regional experience.
While assisting our clients in setting up in the DIFC, we became aware of HR challenges during the incorporation process. Many of our clients sent their first employee to the UAE to manage the incorporation. But while a company is under incorporation, their employees cannot start their relocation. HRSolutions was founded to solve this issue and assist company’s on HR issues after incorporation.
